Photograph by Kiichiro Sato, AP
"The Ledge," a glass balcony on the 103rd floor of the Willis Tower, provides a sweeping view of Chicago for one young visitor. The building, still known commonly as the Sears Tower, is the tallest in the Western Hemisphere. The Ledge is 1,353 feet high and extends out 4.3 feet from the tower's Skydeck.
