Arab Hall in London's Leighton House was built in the late 1870s to showcase a collection of ceramic tiles. The room's design is based on a Moorish banquet hall in Palermo, Sicily. Leighton House Museum preserves the former home and workspace of Victorian artist Frederic Leighton.
