Delicate Arch, Arches National Park

Photograph by Nolan Thomson, National Geographic Your Shot

Utah's Arches National Park lives up to its name with the highest concentration of natural arches on the planet. Here, the park's famous Delicate Arch landmark is spied through another sandstone formation. Over the years Delicate Arch has had other names: Schoolmarm's Pants, Old Maid's Bloomers, and Cowboy Chaps.
