Glacier-fed Peyto Lake is a standout in Banff National Park, which draws millions of visitors each year to Alberta. In addition to Peyto and several other lakes, the park encompasses Banff, the highest town in Canada; several national historic sites; the largest cave system in the country; and more than a thousand glaciers.
