Liechtenstein Gorge, Austria

Liechtenstein Gorge, one of Europe's most scenic, cuts some 2.5 miles long into the Austrian Alps. Situated south of Salzburg in Austria, the gorge got its name from the Prince of Liechtenstein, who in 1875 funded the construction of bridges and walkways.
