Polar Bear, Manitoba

As dusk falls, a polar bear heads out to open water in Hudson Bay. The area in Manitoba, Canada, is home to some of the southernmost polar bears on the planet. Bears congregate near the shoreline and prepare to take to the ice in October and November.
