San Galgano Abbey, Tuscany

Italy's Tuscan countryside is home to the Abbey of San Galgano, founded by Cistercian monks in the 13th century. The nearby chapel at Montesiepi is famously the site of a sword embedded in stone, said by some to have ties to Arthurian legend.
