Editorial Marketing Intern
Position Summary
Primary duty is to assist the Director of Editorial Marketing with event planning details on Traveler Photography Seminars, including planning, project development, site selection, working with seminar speakers, tracking expenses, tracking local media coverage, and shipping materials.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Open to graduate students and juniors and seniors in college. Best candidates would be those majoring in business, publications, media relations, or event planning academic programs.
Additional Information
The internship is offered during the spring (January through May), summer (late May through August) and fall (September through December) semesters, to coincide with university schedules. School credit must be obtained for this internship, and there is no pay (except, of course, for the invaluable experience!). Please ask your academic adviser to verify that this internship would qualify for credit hours.
