A photograph of Emerald Lake Lodge located in the heart of Yoho National Park in British Columbia, Canada. Legendary guide Tom Wilson first stumbled across this small gem of a lake – famed for its jade-coloured waters – in 1882 during the construction of the Canadian Pacific Railway. The lodge is built of hand-hewn timber and featuring massive stone fireplaces.
