In the throw-away culture of America, the residual of consumption is rarely reflected upon. This ignorance is no longer a haven to bliss, but a threat to sustainability. The consequences of which manifest in toxic landfills- politically layered sites where relics from our past rot. So immeasurable in scale, the ocean of waste alluringly abstracts beyond recognition or comprehension.
