Taken from a train on the way to an upscale suburb of Buenos Aires - Villa Miseria 31. This is but one of several slums outside the capital of Argentina. Looking like a city made out of toy bricks and knocked over by a petulant child, these slums house over a hundred thousand impoverished people.
