Buddha Meditating In Water

Category: Spontaneous Moments

After feeling very constricted and frustrated at home, I grabbed my camera and headed out. When I stopped to breathe in the scenery around me, I kept thinking, "no camera can capture the beauty the human eyes capture." This thought reminded me of a book by Eckhart Tolle entitled 'The Power of Now', when Eckhart expresses, 'I Love the Buddha's simple definition of enlightenment as "the end of suffering."' I returned home and uploaded the photos. At first, I passed by this photo, quickly judging it as 'nothing more than a waste of space.' It was only later did I realize what was in the water.
