We are the parents of triples. Traveling in the Everglades, I stood at the railing with one of my daughters, when dolphins began playing in the wake of the boat. There were singles and doubles, but she called to them “do a triple!”. I was amazed when I caught this shot. The timing required was just serendipitous. The First dolphin appears to be smiling as he finishes his jump. The 2nd is halfway out of the water and did jump over the first. The third is just starting to breach the surface. Droplets of water hang in the air . . .
