Diving underneath Rye Pier in Mornington, I came across a couple of our local celebrities in mortal combat. An Australian fur seal was attacking and eating a large octopus which many of us had named the Kraken. Fortunately my batteries lasted long enough to take a few of these images before they ran out and left me to watch nature unfolding in front of me. Taken on a Canon S90 in an underwater housing and single INON strobe.
