World at my hand

Category: Sense of Place

What better way to appreciate your place in the world than to fly over it. Sky diving gives one such an appreciation. Testing fate, physical laws, and sanity is fun and leaves a lasting impact. I took the photograph with my Nikon D200 and a Nikon fisheye lens. I set the camera’s intervalometer to shoot every few seconds hoping for the best. For now, I need to focus on flying rather than snapping. The lens’s natural distortion produces a beautiful “worldly” appearance.
