Looney Migration

Category: Outdoor Scenes

Photo and caption by LEO ESTORCO

Hundreds of Loonies flock by the Saskatchewan River in Medicine Hat Alberta, as they stay for another night before migrating again towards South. I felt like its a beautiful moment because of the contrasting color of ice, orange sky with massive gray clouds, reflecting on the crystal clear water of the river. If you look closely to the sky, you will still see bunch of Loonies diving in the sky waiting to taxi in the icy river..

Location: Medicine Hat Alberta, Canada
