The mosque of Abu Dhabi is dedicated to the Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan II, President of the UAE until 2004. The works for its construction lasted 7 years. For its construction have been used thousands of rare and semi-precious stones including: onyx, lapis lazuli and amethyst. It can accommodate up to 40 thousand believers, and in this photo you can see the silhouette of one of them.
