This is the view of villas built for residents in the Huaxi village of Jiangyin, Jiangsu province, China. Huaxi village was established in 1961 and was a poor farming community, typical of eastern China. Over the past 40 years, under the leadership of Wu Rengbao, villagers tried to spread the slogan of striving and co-working, and worked hard at establishing the socialistic new village and now this village is the richest village in China.
