The Louvre through Time

Category: Sense of Place

Photo and caption by Mary Sue Kowalski

While visiting the Musée d'Orsay in Paris, I noticed a window with an enormous clock in it. The view through the "clock window" was spectacular. While taking this picture, I attempted to frame the Louvre in a portion of the clock itself. The fact that it was a magnificent day with a bright blue sky with white, fluffy clouds was an added bonus.
