Watkins Glenn State Park Entrance

While traveling past the entrance to the Watkins Glenn State Park I couldn't help but notice how the sun was hitting this ornamental tree in full blossom. The bedrock wall behind it was shaded which made the tree just pop. I turned around at the first opportunity and got out my camera. The park hadn't opened for the season yet but I still had to wait quite a while for the pedestrians to clear my view finder. There was little color other than the grass so I decided on a B&W image.
Location: Watkins Glenn, NY.
