This was taken last July on my first storm chase trip with a local community college. The ten days trip traversed 6 states + 1 province(IL,WI, MN, ND, MT, SD, Alberta), and covered some 5800 miles. I learned a lot about the weather, about the local regions, and about people. This is one of my favorites from the trip, since it reminds me the force of nature is breathtaking, yet wild and untamed.
