Spread my wings...learning how to fly

Category: Spontaneous Moments

The girl in the picture is my firstborn and she saw the light:-) more than 14 years ago under water...I guess this makes this image predestined! We love visiting the Sandbar in at dawn. It's a unique place where stingrays come to the boats to greet you and hoping to get food. The origin of this behavior comes from fishermen who used to clean their catch in the North Sound, hiding from the mosquito's and flies on land. The stingrays got used to the boats, people and the leftovers and they keep coming every day. We go at dawn, no feeding, just be one with nature, like this picture shows.

Location: Sandbar, Stingray City, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
