Bluegill Fingerlings in Cane Bayou

Category: Outdoor Scenes

Photo and caption by John Hazlett

We saw these bluegill fingerlings schooling under a bridge over Cane Bayou as we bicycled along the St. Tammany Trace. The interplay of fingerling and waterlights made for an interestingly abstract shot.

Location: Mandeville, Cane Bayou, St. Tammany Trace, Louisiana
