The feeder at Pompidou

Category: Outdoor Scenes

Photo and caption by Brian Yen

This old man must be a regular at the Pompidou Centre. As soon as he approached the brick wall. All the birds gathered around him, even before he starts to toss out the feeds. Everyone else on the plaza, on the other hand, run away to avoid the birds. The lone old man with the birds against the modern architecture of the Pompidou Centre made a truly surreal scene.

Location: Pompidou Centre, Paris
