A Hindu holy man smokes a pipe. When she falls Holi, are allowed consumption of cannabis, even if the religious use of drugs is actually often used in other contexts. The spring festival of Holi is celebrated in many parts of India, but especially in the north, is a time when the barriers are torn down and the normal rules, if not totally destroyed. It 'a time when children and adults can return, the children may plunging into all kinds of trouble. The air is full of laughter and shouts of joy, full of brightly colored powder and water.
