I was touring the Embarcadero area in Lisbon when I came across this street artist. She was playing good music but in the 10 minutes that I stood there I did not see a single person dropping money. Hundreds of people passed by, but she stayed unnoticed. I dropped a couple of euros in her colorful Marilyn Monroe box and pointed at the camera. She nodded and continued to play on.... ...I waited for some time until there were not many people blocking the camera and finally clicked this... ..Every time I've looked back at this photograph... all I can think of is her look...Pensive.
