The Last Watershed

Category: Outdoor Scenes

Photo and caption by Calder Cheverie

I took this photo in the canyon walls of the The Peel River Watershed. The Peel River and its tributaries is the last undeveloped watershed in Canada; made up of 12 tributaries that contribute to the Peel, it flows from central Yukon Territory up to the Mackenzie River and out into the Arctic Ocean.

Location: Peel River Watershed -- Yukon Territory, Canada
