It was an evening in the village near Lago de Atitlán in Guatemala. I was strolling along the quiet streets of San Pedro when I saw a friendly old guy leaning out of the window. He seemed to have a good overview of everything that was going on in that small town, engaging himself in a brief conversation with all the passersby, including me.
