Burren Horse
Category: Sense of Place
Photo and caption by Serena Arduini
Driving through the lunar landscape of the Burren on the west coast of Ireland, at the end of a gloomy day, I was distracted by a flash of blue and a flick of ears. The cloudy sky, the wall made of stones gathered from the ground, the frail tree in the background and the silent, patient horse, all of this is the Burren. Click.
Location: The Burren, County Clare, Ireland
