A hot air balloon flies East into the dawn on the morning of July 7, 2012, marking the second day of the the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce's Annual Balloon Festival. The image was taken from one of the other balloons, of about 15 total for that morning, and was piloted by Matt McClinton of Louisville, KY. Each balloon flew over Poughkeepsie, NY in what McClinton called "perfect weather conditions" for ballooning.
