Tablecloth over Bo-kaap

Category: Sense of Place

Photo and caption by Hui-E Seeto

Cape Town's table mountain regularly develops a beautiful rolling mist due to rising air condensing over the flat top, then 'falling' over the other side of the mountain. Locals call it the tablecloth. In this photo, the beautiful rolling tablecloth is in full view of the lucky residents of Bo-kaap, a Muslim enclave in Cape Town.

Location: Cape Town, South Africa
