The Healing Tree of the Kalahari Bushman is in the Green Kalahari area of the Northern Cape in South Africa. It is a sacred site. Around the tree healing herbs are hung and dances are performed in traditional healing ceremonies of the San people of the area. Dawid Kruiper, standing here with the tree, mirrors its shape and tranquility. A future leader of the San, Dawid is the grandson of the recently deceased chief.

Location: Andriesvale, Northern Cape, South Africa
