In a low income neighborhood in Manila, a girl stands alone in her doorway looking out onto her street. A few weeks before, a similar neighborhood in the Philippines was destroyed when a hurricane caused a river to overflow. This neighborhood is also adjacent to a river and a large storm could bring down all of the houses.
