While gazing into the ocean from the cliffs in neighborhood Miraflores in Lima, Peru, it gives you a sense of peace and quiet and being away from everything. From nearby cliffs hang gliders frequently jump off into the sunset. You just don't realize the hectic and traffic noise of Lima just a hundred feet behind you.
