During a 3-hour climb to the top of a mountain in Manku, Nepal to provide medical care to a family of Hindu Untouchables (housed by MountainFund.org), I watched these 3 woman working constantly in the hot sun. When I finally reached them, they looked up (from moving bags of manure from the barn to the terrace farm they were working) and shared their beauty, radiance and grace with me. They didn't miss a beat and kept on working while sharing their huge smiles, abundant spirit and true Essence with me. I felt their love and shared a heartfelt Namaste as I continued on my way up the mountain.
