I captured this image of Venus' solar transit on June 5, 2012 using a 400 mm lens, 1/8000 ISO, F40, and 200 film speed. Though it was late afternoon, the image has a black and white outcome - giving the impression it was evening time. The light cloud cover helps to accentuate Venus' presence against the sun's backdrop.
