Visiting the local wet market in the central Philippine island of Cebu with a group of local tourists, we met 2 little boys who followed us whenever we went. In the 2 hours we walked around, they were showing off their acrobatic talents, getting into a brief fistfight with some local bullies and sharing with us unique insights on the what goes on in the market that never gets reported in the media. To make sure we remember these 2 helpful boys, I snapped a picture of them enjoying home-made ice cream before we left.
