Sheer fear of a tiger makes her a gliding deer!

Category: Spontaneous Moments

Langoor monkey works as surveillance camera of Cheetal and Sambhars deers. The monkeys makes a peculiar alarm call that sounds like “kh” “kh”. Here in this picture, tiger is not visible, as it was still hundreds of meters away. But as one of the Langoor moneys saw it from tree top, it triggered the panic button and there was a stampede. This deer chooses to take a different route and looked like saying, “its daily routine and I have been their and seen it before. Why do these monkeys panic so early.” No doubt that this deer to was afraid but didn't panicked.

Location: Kanha National Park, Kanha, Madhya Pradesh, India
