In my recent trip to San Francisco, I was walking in the vicinity of the often-damaged Oakland Bay Bridge and saw some unfinished (or demolished) concrete pillars in the water. Out of curiosity, I took a photo of these structures so I can ask around and find out what they were. To this day, I still have not figured out what these unidentified floating objects (UFO's) are there for.
