After two days of hiking we reached Shira Camp at 11 500 feet, so still a long way to go. This was the first time I felt the altitude so I decided to take a quick nap. Woke up 4 hours later to this beautiful sky. You can see Kilimanjaro stretching up to 19 341 feet (5 898 m) in the backdrop of the camp. To climb Kilimanjaro with a 10+kg camera bag was not pleasant at all but when you get rewarded by pictures like this, it's worth all the pain!
