While touring Florence, I briefly glanced away from the jewelry shops on the Ponte Vecchio and saw a single boat gliding along the Arno River. Luckily, I was able to get a couple of shots off before the boat sliced through the reflection of the next bridge. The overcast morning had caused a dappled effect with the early light, leaving one feeling as if they had briefly stepped into a lovely impressionist painting.
