- "father ali" with his niece. he is one of the oldest townsman alive in zanzibar's stone town. with his age of 92 he is a living contemporary witness of the history of zanzibar and telling his story automatically tells the story of the hard-fought island lying in the indian ocean. it was a pleasure to meet him and listen to his storys.

- The Karo is one of the greatest tribes found in Africa. It was almost midday and photographic conditions was extremely tough as the light was seriously harsh. I approached this individual warrior on the banks of Ethiopia's Omo River and focused as closely as possible on his eyes. He had the most amazing eyes I have ever seen on a human and reminded me of a predator staring intensely at his prey.

- Rajasthan is widely recognized for its charming and elegant colourful turbans. I saw this Local man sitting on the street, he wearing a citron green turban, the colour blended into background painted wall. I thought it's nice, took this shot.
