Sunset at Irrawady

Category: Outdoor Scenes

Photo and caption by Ufuk Yesilirmak

I had to hurry up. But I was still around 10 minutes away from the river by walk. I asked my friend to walk faster to catch the last moments of the sunset. But the sun wasn't the only thing which was attracting me. There was a atmosphere. A magical atmosphere that the Irrawady River in Bagan was spreading. And when I reached the river I was right. A guy who is fishing. Maybe he was concerned more about the fish that was about to pop out from the river than the sunset. But that moment he didn't know that he was a part of this magical moment in a beautiful country called Burma.

Location: Bagan, Irrawady River, Burma (Myanmar)
