North Korea April 2012 celebrating Kim Jung Il's 100 year anniversery. The boy is honoring his grandfather who faught in the war, mid 1950. The Martyr's Grave outside Pyongyang. The men in the background is civil North Korean policemen "looking after" visitors compliance whith the rules for this area, like clothing and gestures.
