Pyongyang "hotel" Ryugyong just an empty shell with cracked down skeleton. Planned in the 80/90's as a hotel with 3001 rooms. The glass facing was added just before the 100-year birth anniversery of Kim Jung Il. Rumors says that a Chinese telecom company will finish the hotel.
