Easter Storm at Mesquite Dunes

Barely visible, these two travelers braved the sand filled gusts to experience the beauty that Death Valley exhibits so uniquely. Extremes of weather were apparent in every sense this past Easter Sunday at Mesquite Dunes. The storm clouds gathering over the Grapevine Mountains provided a spectacular backdrop for the dunes.
