A monk walks to his place of study in Phnom Penh. 44 years ago the Khmer Rouge forces entered the capital and ordered a mass evacuation which was followed by the 4 year dictatorship in which millions died and education, religion and human rights were banned. Now the city is a bustling metropolis with economical prosperity, rich culture and freedom of speech.
