I had the great priviledge and joy of photographing the process of nest sitting, birth, protection and fledging of a baby Tawny Frogmouth. The nest was in a Paperbark Tree and the male sat on the nest all day everyday and the female took over at night. She was always very close by during the day. I came to refer to them as my blessings and the chick as Neptune.
