The right way is to Muriwai

Category: Outdoor Scenes

On my second trip down to New Zealand, I stumbled across a Kiwi Army vet who told me about this hidden gem. Muriwai Beach is a pretty rare black sand beach which had a nearby Gannet colony. They flock back to the colony everyday around sunset. It was definitely one of my best memories from my travels down there.

Location: Muriwai Beach, North Island, New Zealand
