Photo and caption by Teruo Araya

The ink painting(in japanese "Suibokuga"), refers to the picture drawn by the movement of the brush and the light and shade of ink. Enters the Japan with Zen Buddhism in the late Kamakura period, it was drawn extensively as representing the spirit of Zen. I was looking for a new technique in photographic. I've incorporated a photo of the world of ink painting. Taken at Mishaka pond, Nagano Prefecture, Japan.

Location: Miisyaka-ike pond,Nagano Pref, Japan
